Khloe & Kylie| Northeast Ohio Family Photographer

Sunday I took a little trip out to Jefferson, Ohio to meet Kandice, James, Khloe and Kylie.  Their cousin, Louise, had contacted me about gifting the family a session or two.  I have to agree, that giving a family session is truly a special gift.  It gives the recipient something very personal they will really cherish forever.

I love little kids with spirit and personality.  Khloe fit that bill 110%.  She reminded me so much of my own Isabella.  She has curly locks and knows exactly what she wants.  And doesn’t.  She was so much fun…and so was their puppy!  Remember, pets are part of the family too and I’m always happy to include them!

Kylie is a special little angel.  Born three months early, she is a fighter and has already lifted the hearts of so many.  Her soft sweet smile and deep eyes truly touched my soul.  I could have spent all day holding and talking to her.

These two sister already share a special bond.  Just see for yourself:)

Cynthia

Congratulations Elizabeth! | West Geauga Senior Photographer

Maybe I’m getting a little ahead of myself by sharing a beach session…but SPRING has arrived in Northeast Ohio!  And I am THRILLED!  What a long awful winter that was!  I am so glad it is over.  I hope.  If it snows again, we’re moving south, lol!

I thought it was a great time to share some senior pictures from last year.  Not only does it make me think of the much warmer days ahead, but it’s time for the class of 2015 to start thinking about their sessions.  And I really enjoy the challenge of photographing graduating seniors.  Every session gets to be as unique as they are.  We plan the locations and the outfits completely from their life and personalities.  As seen here, I’ve visited the beach, I’ve also done grassy fields, river banks, football fields, libraries and quaint downtown areas.  The possibilities to make a senior session all about you is endless and I just love the diversity of the shoots.

Another thing to think about…senior sessions don’t have to be just for the graduating high school senior.  As many college students prepare to graduate, it’s a perfect chance for them to get photos that mark their transition as well.  Many will be entering professional jobs and taking some professional headshots can be a great idea for them.

I can’t wait to see all the fun plans that come up this year!  I’ve never had two similar senior photo sessions!

Welcome Luciano! | Cleveland Newborn Photographer

Luciano, or Luca, as he will be called, decided to come into this world 2 months early.  He was ready to meet his parents and see what Cleveland winters were all about…his arrival came along with one of big snow storms this year, his parents literally had to be dug out of their driveway to make it to the hospital.

A feisty little guy, he came home from the hospital before his due date (and amidst another snow storm!).  He is doing incredibly well.  I don’t think you would ever know he was a premie.

At almost 6 weeks, I went out to his house, met his wonderful parents and flew through his session.  He slept. He smiled.  He ate.  He slept.  He smiled.  The session was just perfect.  Everything a newborn photographer could hope for.  He didn’t even pee on me!  And really…that’s quite amazing!

As a newborn photographer, I travel with lots of gear.  I brought my own blankets for posing Luca on, but I was so glad Beth (Luca’s Mommy) had blankets on hand that were made by Luca’s grandmother.  There colors were perfect with the wraps I had and add to the brightness I usually love in my photographs.  Luca’s nursery was also decorated in bright colors and was a fun location for some family portraits.

I adore everything about this session and have been barely able to contain my excitement for sharing these images with the family and on my site with all of you.

He has the sweetest smile.  Just see for yourself.

xoxo,
Cynthia
